1. INTRODUCTION


Welcome to myfcsystem.com!


This site sells subscriptions to the app, programs, meal plans and courses.


By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.


2. MY SYSTEM APP


The monthly subscription fee for MY SYSTEM APP is 250 AED.


A 7-day free trial is available for new users. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged unless you unsubscribe.


You can unsubscribe at any time by visiting our support page: Cancel Subscription.


For unsubscribe requests via email, please contact us at info@myfcsystem.com and include “Unsubscribe” in the subject line along with your first and last name.


Payment and Billing:


All payments are processed through Stripe. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


By entering your payment information, you authorize us to charge the monthly subscription fee until you cancel your subscription.


Account Setup:


Upon purchase, you will receive an email invitation to download MY SYSTEM APP and set up your profile.


Once your profile is complete, you will have access to all features, included free workout programs and general meal plans.


3. THE PROGRAMS


All programs purchased on the site require an active subscription to the app to access and enjoy.


Without a valid app subscription, access to the programs will not be possible.


Access and Delivery:


Purchased programs are assigned via MY SYSTEM APP.


Once a program is purchased, your Coach will assign it to you in “MY FitHub” and “Studio Programs.”


You will be notified by email once the program is assigned. When you are ready to start the program, click on “Start Program”.


All workouts will be added to your schedule.


Lifetime Access:


As long as your app subscription remains active, you will have lifetime access to the programs you purchased.


If a program expires or becomes unavailable, you can request it to be reassigned by your Coach.


Refunds and Exchanges:


All program purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.


4. THE COURSES


All courses offered by MY SYSTEM are in-person sessions held in the United Arab Emirates, lasting between 2 to 3 hours.


Each purchase constitutes a reservation, and participants will be contacted to confirm their schedule.


It is essential to ensure that you will be available during the month of the course (several sessions will be offered) and that it aligns with your schedule before we propose specific date options.


Group Sessions and Support
The courses take place in our office or seminar room, led by a MY SYSTEM Coach, and may be accompanied by other coaches, subject to availability.


Participants will receive documented support throughout the course, including necessary materials to enhance the learning experience.


Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Once you have confirmed a booking date, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.


No refunds will be issued; however, the purchased training will be automatically rescheduled to the next available session.


Purchased courses are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.


5. THE MEAL PLANS


All meal plans purchased on the site require an active subscription to the app to access and enjoy.


Without a valid app subscription, access to the meal plans will not be possible.


Access and Delivery:


Purchased meal plans are assigned via MY SYSTEM APP.


Once a meal plan is purchased, your coach will assign a Nutrition Form to you in your “Today” tab.


Once filled out, you will be notified by email that your meal plan has been assigned and is available in your app access.


Updates and Customization:


Custom adjustments can be made based on your dietary preferences and fitness goals.


These adjustment requests can be made to your Coach through the app.


Lifetime Access:


As long as your app subscription remains active, you will have lifetime access to the meal plans you purchased.


If a meal plan expires or becomes unavailable, you can request it to be reassigned by your coach.

All meal plan purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.


6. GENERAL TERMS


Credentials and Application Security:


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for MY SYSTEM APP.


If you suspect unauthorized use, please inform us immediately at info@myfcsystem.com.


Changes to Terms:


We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.


Significant changes will be communicated via email.


Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of these updates.
